Got an offer from a big bank’s operation department (fund reporting analyst), currently at EY faas and I’m not happy here, should I stick it out here until I get promotion or jump now? Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.
