This is the reason
1. AT&T :
✅ total 50+ leaves ( 15 sick leave + 20 casual Leave+ 20 Earned Leave ) and 3 months paternity leave
✅ 3 days work from office and 2 days work from home
✅ Work : work with great minds
✅ After joining , again in December will be eligible for yearly appraisal hike ( min 10%) . From March 1st, there will be again some change in digits.
✅Cab Facility: Pick and Drop is there.
✅ Insurance: By default Employee + Spouse+ Employees Parents are included with 5 L insurance and by paying approx 30 k I can bring all under 20 L insurance umbrella ☂️ coverage.
When should a candidate join to be eligible for this year hike ?
Do they give hikes twice a year ?
I saw this post but even Schenider has the same benefits. At&T have shift timings but Schneider has normal timings.
Both are hybrid.
Schneider also provides insurance and cab and other flexy benefits
