I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again.. Has anyone jumped from firm directly to a business role at a company or know anyone that has? If so, how did you/they do it? Any tips or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership? I had a quick question

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.

Is office going to open and be compulsory to attend from Jan?

I have an offer from Deloitte USI for Assistant Manager role.
In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.
Can you please help me with what generally Assistant Manager tasks in Deloitte USI are?
Any details or inputs are helpful.
Note : I have 7 yoe, currently Application Development Specialist at Accenture.
