Months rent to break the lease (it's almost 5000$ and I'm panicking). I'm willing to cover the rent for December if you are interested to sign the lease. It's a huge apartment (1100 sqft) in belltown area with gorgeous water and mountain views! It's very rare to find such a huge apartment for this price point in this area. Please share with anyone who might be interested. My burner is belltownaptforrent@gmail.com
I know a person moving to Seattle and probably renting. I’ll send across.
Congrats on the house! you have any friends at Amazon? They can push your ad thru the for-sale distribution list. If you don't, let me know I'll give a burner (I'm at Amazon)

Thanks SC1! Just sent the ad to this email address. Appreciate your help.
FYI im moving because we bought our own place recently
On your Craigslist ad you could try offering a move in bonus etc
ATK1 yup did that already, waiting for responses
I’ll pay $1000. Agree?
Lol no
EY1 - thanks a ton! My burner is belltownaptforrent@gmail.com. I can send pictures and/or arrange for a home tour if required.
Thanks SC1! I actually reached out to a friend to push my ad but haven't heard anything back. I think it will be a good idea to try again (with the move in bonus included this time). If you could share your burner it will be a huge help! I'll send you my ad along with pictures
Also, here's the Craigslist ad - https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/apa/d/spacious-belltown-1100-sqft/6397283570.html
Broke my lease earlier this year, but my property managers were great and didn't make me pay the rent coverage until the next person signed. Be up front with your property managers and hopefully they'll do the same, you never know
C1 my husband and I tried to reason with the property managers multiple times over the last few days (considering it's almost 5k) but apparently this is slow season and there are not many people renting at this time. Hence, they said they would be losing money too. The whole situation is just unfortunate for everyone. We should have just signed a 6 month lease as we knew we were buying a house this year.
