Second round with Google on 1/6 which entails 5 different interviews throughout the day. How will this differ from my first round, which was an hour long phone call?

Interviewed with Deloitte for SCon position but the offer has not been released yet. PwC interview is scheduled next week.

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? I love working in healthcare, there’s nothing like it.

How do find a recruiter in the legal field? Have been looking for a job for a year now and trying to transition into another practice area. Applied to more than 20 jobs and still no offers. I feel like I might need some help.
Also, I have no idea how these arrangements work. Do you pay the recruiter to look for the jobs or do you pay them when you get the job? Or does the employer pay them?

I have given interview in LTI on October 8 and I have cleared all rounds L1 L2 and HR . I got documents submission mail on oct 10 after a week on 19th i got a mail with the subject of application status update saying i have cleared all rounds But still i didn't offer letter . Had my virtual on-site for an S&O L3 role 3.5 weeks ago (NYC, 5 YOE). I haven’t heard back on a decision yet, and was wondering how long it typically takes? I also know that I was one of the very first candidates to interview for this specific role, and there are atleast 2 more people scheduled for onsites.
