SAP fixed offer is ~52L at T3.L3 (+variable)
Requested T4.L1 with 68-72L fixed-pay range.
What's the fixed range in T4 level?
Isn't T4.L1/2 reasonable for this scope?
Isn't 68–72L fixed align with the market

Feel, I won't agree below min 65L fixed + T4.L1, as per my exp.

Never been in an SE or consulting or B2B sales role before but have a referral at Salesforce and have been in some informal conversations. I’m starting to freak out a bit now that maybe I can’t do it. I have a tech background so can handle that part, but perhaps strategy may be difficult. Anyone make the transition to an SE role that have some advice?

Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?
