Seeking advice: Should I choose a fully remote role at a mid sized service-based company without job security or a hybrid role at a product-based company? I have a one-year-old son, and my husband works in a different city, meaning the hybrid option would require me to manage solo parenting and relocation. I want to balance my career growth with my family's current needs

Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. From my research I’ve also read that it’s just a sanity check to make sure I’m not a nutcase. Of course anything can happen, but I’m expecting an offer. (Cont)

Can someone guide on this?

PwC India Hi folks,
I graduated with Master studies in business at Singapore, and recently moved to India. I am currently looking for a consultant role in strategy functions at big4 in India. Here in India, most of the roles in MC & strategy advisory fills through referrals and campus recruitment, and not posting on the websites. I’d like to connect with people at big4 strategy functions for referrals and to know more about the firms operations
Thanks!

Take the remote role and stay with your husband. A child needs both parents at this tender age. Also, it will be very difficult to manage hybrid job and taking care of the baby all alone.
No I don’t think so if you have knowledge/skills you can switch back to product companies.
