Priority Date: Oct 2016, EB2, become current in May 2021, From Company A
H1B max our date: March, 2022
Employment: Currently works at Company B, and want to switch to Deloitte (Company C)

Am I still eligible for extension beyond 6 years? Deloitte immigration team says yes but attorney says no...very confusing. Thank you!

Does anyone have advice/ leads on what companies sponsor H1B? I just graduated with my MS in Data Science, have 3 years of UX/ PM experience, a BFA in Product Development, and a BA in Journalism. I have been looking since August and so far no offers/ companies ending the interview once they find out I need sponsorship down the line. I am wondering what I am doing wrong. What companies/ jobs should I apply to with my background?
