Current: SM internal (formerly Consulting) 12YOE at 175k base + 14k bonus, work <40 hrs per week

Offer: Avanade Advisory Director at 265k base + 45k target bonus + 10k sign on, work 40-50 hrs per week. Won’t budge on sign on

Situation: Just wrapped final rd Apple interview for non tech internal role. Won’t have decision til end of Jan. Likely slightly less comp

I am looking for a referral for a job in Pfizer. I am a Pharmacist with many years of Pharmacy and Business experience. I am also in the process of starting my MBA.
