Background: Many years working at big agencies and have recently gone freelance, charging an average day rate of $1,500. I’m wondering if I should ask for higher for this pharma gig I’m in talks with.

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.
