Cerner is product based but old tech stack legacy projects mostly as saw in reviews and have to relocate to bangalore also from the first day Globant is work from home for now and new tech stack projects are there

Ctc- Globant slightly higher than Cerner

I have 5 years of experience. I have received offer letter for IN3 role (java developer) with 22LPA(fixed)+variable(4)+joining bonus(2)..Is this good package or are they lowballing me..?? Should i try for counter offer… will they increment in case of counter offer??

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?

Hi Fishes need your suggestions please. I have an interview with PWC for GCP DE Manager, currently working in pure technical role as data engineer. YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. How much can I ask for a senior manager level in PWC AC Bangalore and how difficult is the work and transition from pure technical to managerial role? I am still bit reluctant to leave tech side, is it good in long run?

Should I take this offer? Current salary: 150k at Deloitte as a manager. Offer: Well respected software PE firm in their operations group. Salary: 160k, bonus: 40k, carry: 150k

At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I had joined Harman on 3rd Oct at 27lpa(25.11 fixed + 1.88 var). I was tagged to MBRDI(Mercedes) proj & I gave 3 interviews for same. But now I'm told that I'm being dropped from the Mercedes account as there was a skill set mismatch. I was hired as scrum master but the expectations from client are either should've have dev exp or springboot microservices knowledge. Not sure how do I go about this situation. I'd dropped some higher ctc offers for joining Mercedes Benz at Harman. Kindly advise.
