First-year tax staff that started end of Q3, and just had my first year-end performance evaluation meeting. What’s your state doing to advance equity in edu? In CA we talk a lot about equity at the student/class levels, but aren’t addressing issues around financial equity and cultural equity in schools.

I’m curious about how your districts handle wearing BLM apparel. I recently got in trouble for wearing a BLM shirt, but my school had no policy in place to justify their decision to have me remove the message.
