I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. I’ve accepted the offer but trying to be hopeful that I could make it more equitable in the future if I perform well. Are stock refreshers based on the initial RSU grant or solely based on performance? Google

Yes they can always rescind an offer but they usually don't. Do you think there is a reason they would rescind? I only really see that happen when something on the background check comes back weird of they aren't hiring for the role anymore
Background check is already completed. The only reason I think it can happens is because this role was earlier put on hold when application first opened (heard from the person who referred me) and after about a month or so it reopened.

You should’ve given your 2 week notice immediately
Just take your current company PTO
You’re not employed until you are, but the odds are extremely low. S&O is not a high priority for us so if you’ve managed to secure an offer it means it’s been vetted and approved. I wouldn’t stress about it, congrats on the offer!
In general it is possible, but right now the risk is much lower (eg major rounds are done, we are not in a over hired situation now). Would not worry too much.
It's low, however I would err on the cautious side, just take some sick days.
Staffed on a project right now so difficult to take time off. Would you say it’s safer to put in notice 1 week before or should I stretch it till last day possible. Feels like I am being unnecessarily paranoid.
As long as background check has cleared I’d assume you’re safe.
I’m interviewing for a S&O role, any advice?
Fairly standard interviews, very similar to BCG interviews but slightly easier. Will probably have a mix of behavioral and mini case studies. Can have some SQL or other role specific questions if it’s a must have skill for your role.
What type of work is it? Around now is when open HC starts to get pulled for the year. And also when planning for HC contingencies starts.
Depending on the type of work within S&O or PgM, these are areas where retractions happen first.
If we are in the process right now, is there a chance that the role might be pulled?
I applied for S&O role through referral and got a mail from the recruiter that my resume has been forwarded to the hiring team and if they find my profile to be a good fit they’ll reach out directly. I haven’t heard back and it’s making me anxious. I am recent grad with two years of data analytics experience. Do I really have a shot at this ?

No one knows. It’s not guaranteed. Good luck
What was your interview process like? Could you please share your experience
How long did it take from first recruiter reach out to offer signing date?
