Situation 1:- Resigned from my current company after getting better offer from other company.
Situation 2:- That other company withdraws after 1 week of my resignation (Not sure why).
Situation 3:- My current company luckily trying to retain me. And I have shared the same offer letter which is not valid now, and I have increased the CTC slightly. I was offered 12 and I made it 14.

I am not sure why I did this, but now day and night I am not able to sleep, nor able to eat properly. Please help!

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?

I told her have 13 lpa pipeline already and wish 14 lpa.
She said "I have not seen the world. Only 20 percent ppl go beyond money, rest look for WLB, job security, learning."
Okay, so my thoughts are from where she got that stats - 20 percent really ?
I beleive HRs are also subset of that 20 percent, bdw I don't mind saying am a elite subset of the 20 percent looking for better salaries. What's wrong in asking ?
