My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

I have decided to go back to my previous company and they've asked me for my updated resume that'll go through a simple rehire process.
Mainly I'm going back to the same project so how much of that information I can showcase on the updated resume? Can I keep it on a surface level?
I had even used the internal resume format of the previous company so they would probably have a good laugh around it 😂

The other company is giving good CTC but tech stack does not include any cloud technology i am interested in .
