So exhausted from the fight. Several jobs I've had have slowly replaced us with their friends. One job the supervisor told everyone she was going to hire her best friends and she did. They didn't work hard if at all. Another job slowly hired their friends one by one while giving us negative feedback for months before giving us a PIP. They even posted our jobs on Indeed before the negative feedback started, telling us they were growing and hiring additional staff.

What should be the salary for Manager / Sr Manager having 14+ yoe in project/product service operations? I am at 32 lpa which I think is quite low having worked with top consulting firms for close to 12 years.

My manager nominated me for judging a small programme happing virtually with two other head of the Department, but when I joined the programme someone from office outside was included for that with director and those two HODs were also not there... Is HNW tax a trap?
