So I applied for a position a few months ago. Got past the 1st interview with the recruiter & met for the 2nd interview with the head of the department. Things seemed to have went well- then the recruiter ghosted. The position went away and was reposted so I applied again. This time it was a different recruiter. I get an email requesting availability to interview and the recruiter who ghosted me is cc’d on this email. What should I do? 😩🫠

I’m a college grad. I had 3 final interviews for agencies in NYC but those have been canceled. Should I look for jobs in other cities or give up entirely (at least for a few weeks)?

So I recently interviewed for an associate PM role with my current company. I’ve been a store manager with them for 11 years. During the interviews, I felt like things were growing great and the feedback I got at the end was great. You’d think given my time knowing the product/ company for so long, that I’d be a great fit but I got rejected and haven’t gotten feedback probably will get ghosted. Should I shoot my shot and advocate for myself with the hiring manager either way?

Anyone who landed Job outside India through LinkedIn can you please share your experience? How many companies did you apply how many interviews did you landed? I landed 4 interviews after applying for last 5 months and almost daily rejections.

I think I did a mistake , I tried applying for companies and dont get any calls, got two calls but both of them rejected even before taking an interview that they want immediate joiners , market was ok so I resigned and the hiring got freezed its been 45 days since , but I still dont have an offer dint just got two interviews till now I am trying to get referals , applying in naukri, LinkedIn getting referrals from fish bowl everyday and I am scared now hope I get atleast one offer😔😔
