So I finally encountered a tenant that is giving me problems and would like some advice.
I have a tenant living on the 2nd floor and have gotten multiple noise complaints from the downstairs tenants. The noise is generally a result of running around and screaming, but recently there have been fights between the tenant and a new SO. The tenant has also brought in the their new SO to live in the unit without my permission which has been caught by my downstairs tenant ring doorbell. Continued

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. I’m pretty responsive for things they need help with like laundry machine got broken or pantry doors fell off. So I had sent people to fix those maintenance and repair issues.
