So I’m curious about what i should make. 20 years experience in software testing and all applicable documentation (e.g. test plan, cases etc) automated test experience and am a 508 certified trusted tester. I also run our daily scrums and have experience in configuration management and business analysis. (i want to stay in testing though) any idea what kind of salary or hourly I should expect?

I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions?
