I eventually had to move cross country and we slowly started texting less frequently & at a certain point she kinda ghosted me (lol I didnt pick up the signals). Recently found out I’m going to be going back to the same city in 6mo and theres a good chance I’ll run into her consistently since mutual friend groups/events. I dont want it to be awkward everytime…advice?

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated.
