So, this may have been posted before. Kinda newer. But how did each of the big 4 handle the covid situation. Deloitte gave no raises for the most part, or bonuses. EY just went to unlimited PTO with no payout. With having a hard time taking PTO in the first place, not sure how that plays out. Everyone’s thoughts???

Recently, a SaaS client (1k employees) that hired my old consulting firm reached out to me about a job opening - Lead BA working primarily to implement their benefit admin system for insurance companies. My current TC is 95k. Is it worth making the jump if the offer is north of 110k? Anything I should look out for? The client and coworkers were all nice, but I remember being stressed on the project due to limited resources.

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. Can anybody guide me regarding this.

I am currently a medical biller and coder that just graduated. I am currently in an entry level position because I am still studying to get certified. I will have a year's work of exp in July and will sign a contract for another year because my boss is training me in more I don't know.
