Is the glassdoor Guidehouse senior associate pay accurate?

What are the top pointy toe flats for work? I tend to wear pointy beige/nude or black leather flats and would like to invest in some really high quality ones as this is clearly my style for years now. No budget restrictions. I have a bit of a wider foot but do not need wide shoes - just can’t wear ones that run very narrow. Jimmy choo, Prada, what else? Don’t want them too girly with lots of bows, etc. (Ferragamo’s are beautiful but look a bit to prim for me…)

Just got asked off an account for defending the work too much. I’ve never felt prouder of myself. May the bridges I burn light my way.

I (M) told a former colleague (F) that they hurt me by devaluing me followed with over 40+ days of silent treatment causing me to feel worthless, broken and better off not existing among other affects. She responded by gaslighting me saying; she never meant that, attempted to weaponize past life experiences, shift blame saying I’m hurting them for saying they hurt me. I replied that she is being emotionally abusive. I was quickly discarded continuing the abuse cycle.

Very conscious of the fact that most work I'm proud of goes through a phase where I am nearly nauseatingly diligent in truth checking and thinking. I can honestly feel my head rebelling and me prodding it along like some relentless sherpa determined to give me my money's worth and get me to the summit.

The part of my job I seriously find the hardest is trying to find ‘lifestyle’ stock images to match with headlines that talk about deals or offers. 😂

Was talking a friend abt emerging tech trends and he asked me “what do you think about voice as the new search?” I found that somewhat dubious and asked him where he came across that idea. His reply: “Have you ever heard of Gary Vaynerchuck?”

So many times I go back to my desk after meeting with the team about next steps and realize I have no idea wtf I should be doing
