Spouse is 24 and his facial hair is getting. It's worrying me and I want to try and help him reverse it but don't know how. Anyone here can recommend solutions or what worked for you please? I see him be strong about it but know it impacts him mentally. Hoping for help from our community here please

Facial hair is getting…? What is it getting? Provide details and we can try chiming in.

I think she means greying.

I hate to see my beard turning white. I desperately want to be clean shaven but my wife is adamant I keep it as she finds salt and pepper sexy. I therefore don’t mind much these days. Maybe try the same tactic with your husband. Tell him you and other women like it.

Thanks. I tell him all the time. I just worry, I guess.

There’s nothing you can do other than unconditionally loving them

Sorry for the confusion. Facial hair greying unfortunately

He can color, but it is pain to maintain. Henna is an option if he doesn’t mind the orange/gray/black look.

Best option is to go clean shaven. No hassle and it may buy him 20 years or so before he starts seeing grey around his sideburns.

Simpler - google it. It’s a game changer and fun fact it’s desi owned

Why is graying hair worrying you? Aging is natural.

Yeah let them be OP. The Ds on this app when I joined nearly a decade ago preached divorce right away. So the current variants are harmless.

Yeah 24 is bit young but it’s just a confidence thing

Hi Everyone,
I have a query. Not sure if this is the right forum for it, but let me just ask it here.
I have completed my B.Tech. on 2020 and got a job in an MNC with a 3.8LPA, but due to COVID, the onboarding was delayed to Feb 2021. During this time, I had enrolled myself for a distance M.Tech. degree.
I recently joined a new company with a 10.1LPA a month back.
Just two weeks back, my M.Tech. degree is completed.
Should I have some increment in my new company as to my M.Tech. completion?

Have you ever taken a career slow down? I am feeling burnt out from COVID and the incremental responsibilities thrown my way over the last 5+ years. I feel like my health has deteriorated. I like my company, but I want to do less. I don’t need to be a HR Director, CHRO, etc. With a career slowdown, I am prepared for a lower compensation and would want decent benefits. Any lessons learned or success stories about career slowdowns?

Hi All, a friend of mine is actively looking for job in Wealth management field. She holds 8 years of experience in the same. Any Referals for similar opening would be appreciated.

Saw my therapist this past Friday and he gave me a useful trick to build better behavior patterns. Whenever you have work to do but would rather nap or something, tell yourself 3 negative effects of the nap and 3 positive effects of doing the work. You might still take the nap, but if you can get in the habit of thinking of it negatively, you'll take less naps when you need to be doing other things.

Doesn't matter what the activities are. Could be working out vs eating more, could be socializing IRL vs wasting time in FB (lol)

I just want to say to the Indian managers / SMs etc. stop taking everything so seriously and stressing people out on your teams. I have had managers who put initiative work so high in importance that it stresses me out about client work. Chill out and stop emailing on weekends. Hang out with your families! Doesn’t mean don’t work hard but chill the heck out people. Clearly this is just a job that doesn’t pay you well enough in the first place why are you stressing other people out too?!

Did anyone file AOS and i140 together (assuming your priority date is current at the time of PERM approval)? What was the process like and how long did it take to get your GC from PERM approval date?

My priority date is end of 2013. My husband is only petition - we filed in oct 2020 when my date became current. If he decides to switch his job right now, will there be a lot of additional paperwork/ rework? Is it not recommended?
