I’ve been a club performing rep for years at a SaaS company…but as an enterprise account exec… my average deal size is around $75k in annual recurring, quota of $1M. GCA Questions Help

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

Google onsite to HC rate? Is it around 50%? Do you need to get 3 leaning hires to make it to HC?

Do teams wait to reject backup candidates until the preferred candidate has signed an offer? Did all interviews a few weeks ago and was told I’d get a decision ASAP but nothing yet. Makes me think they are holding off on rejection till someone else accepts, but I’m not sure if that’s standard practice at G.

I have 7 YOE and applied for a position that is L4. I feel as if I’m overqualified for the position, but the Recruiter told me that when they say L4, they are actually looking for someone with 6+ years of experience. Is this true? I feel like I should be looking at L5 with my experience
