I usually think it's because Agile's method is what everyone thinks works but so much stuff across all tech areas seems to be released broken and then never fixed or fixed way too slowly. Recently, my appraisal cycle got completed. So whenever a recruiter asks about CTC, will I need to add the Gratuity and Insurance and then tell the Total number.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.

I’m a first generation professional and have been in this industry for only a few years. Anyone have an suggestions for dealing with discouragement and burnout? It’s been challenging trying to maintain career optimism and figure out my career with little guidance while also trying to be an encouragement to burnt out colleagues when I’m already feeling weary.
