Should I continue to live at my parents house in the Midwest as things start to open back up or move back to my assigned office city on the east coast? Looking to move it or do something with it to help it grow more than a few bucks a year. What are my options? Not sure if they'll go college route or where life leads them. Want to establish quick, reactive line of creative idea comms with the client (for timely executions). Running things by accounts destroys the process. Either they become wannabe CDs or evil “clients” …with feedback that makes effort never ending, instead of putting the idea in front of the client. What can be done? CD is new to the agency and is trying to figure out the client relationship.

I have been using this emoji 🙏 and saying to so many colleagues and clients “I’ll pray for you” with such warm and genuine receipt that I think sometimes God uses hopelessness to open people’s hearts to Him. I’ve spoken about my faith to work people more than I ever have in my 20 year career. In such a dark time, what a light prayer can be for our coworkers and clients.
