Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?
I want to join TCs can anyone refer me

“Ivy grad” = Cornell
Bet this is the same Accenture OP from the post below
OP was an English major at Harvard and thinks he’s all that.
Damn son, this is some entitled shit.
Ivy grad has nothing to do with performance achievement once you’re working in the firm. You should know this
^never been more sure of anything in my life
Despite YOY stock price growth of 30% for total company. I’m disappointed in my leadership and realize that this is not a place I want to work any longer
Take a seat, OP.
@bcg1 just got off a call and was told that max variable pay for top performers was 15% and they cut base increases by 40%. Pardon me for not choosing my words venting
Had a potentially valid point and maybe even lots of supporters for your point. Guess they didn’t teach tact at your fancy school. Signed: early promote to SM, non ivy grad.
You do realize the stock price isn’t reflective of revenue growth in your OG, right?
Which I’m not shitting on just to be clear
Relevant when your company bonus pool is based on company-wide performance. M and above has two separate bonuses
For the record, you called me ignorant so I explained why you were wrong and you changed the subject.
OP, as someone that has worked for ACN, EY and now a mid sized consultancy that makes most of its revenue with “change sourcing”—whatever the hell that is... ACN isn’t a consulting firm. Hasn’t been since it IPOd. It’s very much a Fortune 500 corporation regardless of its branding. But it might help you to know that missing internal revenue targets is always the excuse for cutting back variable pay as well as base salary increases for the Big 4. If you want to consistently get paid the highest in the industry, join an actual consulting/advisory firm.
Works on 2 internal initiatives no one cares about deserves skip promo
That YoY line makes you sound ignorant.
Look at ACNs 10k and tell me the market price is grounded in reality.
We haven't hit our internal targets, which is why the comp is weak this year. That said they've shown a total lack of transparency - really annoying... as far as anyone knows we've been doing quite well, then tons of people get shitty comp for...reasons? We can sift through bullshit, like those comp emails, that's our job. Just tell us - business is business, not like we're always soaring. We're adults. Cut the shit.
