M1-172, M2-187 M3-203, bonus range 18-57%, 401k match & wealth builder, maybe another 8-10/year.
Don’t know Director but I think it’s around 230-275 with 33-100% bonus range. Similar retirement.
Already overdue. Wish I knew.
All of these are predefined, so you know going in what you’d get if you got a 1, 2, 3 etc. They’re introducing a small amount of flexibility this year (+/- 2%) but for the most part it’s pretty set in stone.
Also important to note that 1, 2, and 3’s are distributed across ALL managers, so understandably M3’s tend to get 1’s and 2’s while an M1 would typically get a 3 unless they were a very high performer.
Nobody gets a 4 or 5 (which are worth 0%) unless they get fired.
1, 10-15%; 2, 25-35%; 3, 30-40%; everyone else, steak knives. Probably not exactly right, but close
1 is the top of that range (so 57%), 3 is the low (18%), and 2 is a predefined number in between (probably 35%)
I actually think 25% sounds more likely. You can only see the table for your specific role, but I’m an SA (level below manager) and our floor is 15% so seems unlikely to me that the floor for manager would be 18%. But will defer to S&2 as they seem to be a manager and would have access to that data.
Yeah the table for m does show 18-22 for a 3, but the top end of 53-57 is higher than I remember. I think they expanded the range
What’s the distribution curve of the bonus look like? I was told the bottom for managers was around 25%....
Sorry what is 1, 2, and 3? Is one the highest bonus potential and 3 the lowest?
The 3 (18%) is lower than what they told me during the recruiting process. They had shared 25%, 32%, 55%. Was this not true?
Comp is a factor yes. When the worst possible bonus is also the most common at 40% likelihood, it plays a role for me.
