I started post mba and got a tier 2 (~25% bonus). That was considered the best rating among my starting mba class. I think Tier 1 will be very difficult. Tier 3 is most common post mba

T1 first year is pretty unlikely. Not gonna call it impossible, but very improbable. It's never "easy" to get T1, but much more doable your first "full" year.
15-25% at each level. But SA1s are in the same pool as SA2s and SA3s. It varies by group, but in mine they basically assign all SA1s a T3 and then split the SA2s and SA3s between T1 and T2.
T3 is ~15%, T2 is ~25%, and each have roughly 30-40% of staff at the level.

Also is it true S& will be getting another salary bump?

We get a pay bump almost every year. So likely.

Is the bump to 182 official? Is that now the highest amongst top firms? I belive everyone else is max 175 still, no?
It is $182k. Regardless of COL.

Plenty of MBAs get T1 first year. If you have the right pre-mba experience, you can hit the ground running pretty easily.
Much harder for associates to get it year 1
2.5-3 years is norm in my group (Enterprise Strategy and Value - Industrial Products & Services).
