My current salary (after April increment) is around 6 l.p.a (Fixed part) and i carry almost 3.5 years of prior corporate experience.
Is it okay to ask 9 l.p.a during my final round?

I completed my interview loop at Google on August 12, 2022. My recruiter informed me on August 29th that due to a couple of realignments within the org, the hiring manager has not shared any feedback. I was informed on September 8th that the hiring committee is scheduled the next day (September 9th) and that I can expect a final feedback latest by September 12th. I wasn’t informed of the results and reached out, but the recruiter isn’t replying to my emails. Does this mean I was rejected?

One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments

I have offer from Paypal and Acc*ure.
Acce*ure is direct employment and Paypal - I need to work with Collabera firm for 1-2 years then Paypal will make me as permanent employee based on my performance. Paywise both are perfect now, but when Paypal hires as its own employee they will provide 40% more than Collabera, which is 50-50 chance.

In terms of career, Paypal will definitely increase my learning curve. Accenture, I'm not sure.
