Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation

Working 80% is quite common in Switzerland. Let me know if you’d be interested in Deloitte (80% is available for all positions)
Yeah, it would be four days a week. Then 60% - 3 days, and so forth. Also my partner worked 90% for a while and so on Friday he would only work half a day, if that makes sense ☺️
Hey,
I have a similar contract situation. Realistically, depends on the manager and what they envision the role being like. If I were you I would be upfront about it and try to go from there. Can't hurt to ask and see how flexible they want to be.
Hope this answers your question
Thank you for your reply! Yeah great advice, I'll be upfront and take it from there.
70-80% is quite common in Switzerland, 60% is low (would be the same like 50% for most employers, if you think in days). Myself, I would only hire 60% for an admin position that is easily replaceable, not a Specialist or such. Job market in CH is a bit old school but changing. As mentioned you can always ask.
