Hi Fishes, What kind of work is envolved in ReactJS projects in Nagarro? Is it maintenance or Development From Scratch work. Also is it possible for a UI Developer in Nagarro to take up backend development work along with UI? I am currently working as a full stack Python developer and Got an offer in Nagarro as ReactJS Developer. I would also like to contribute in Backend Development as well. Last Ques 😅 - Mid-Product Organization vs Nagarro, Which one shall I choose for UI Dev role? TIA

I haven’t heard anything good about that place. Had a friend who was a CD there and the day they let him go was the happiest I’d seen him in a long time.
thanks for the input y’all.
exactly right; id be given more responsibility and pay. tbh, my current agency’s reputation isn’t much better than Organic’s so makes sense to stick it out for a year, then jump ship if i have to.
I think this also depends on what they’re offering right? Is there a significant pay raise? More responsibility? Better title? I think I’d consider it even if it might be a shit show, you can up and leave in a year right?
I’ve heard the same as CW1 and that work/life balance is great but it is a crap show. They do a lot for AT&T and telecom is 🤮 from my experience. But, like DDB1 said, if it’s better in the background, you can always leave next year. Can you find out what account(s) you’d be on?
I haven't heard the best of things either. I just hired their head of Resource Management if that says anything.
