TCS asked its employees to come back to office on 15th November citing the reason that once employees are back to office TCS will implement the 25% model.

But why can't they start that 25% model readily?

What is the need for asking employees to come back and then again go back for WFH?

Something seems fishy, doesn't it?

What are some of the best practices you have followed this year to improve the remote working enviornment and collaborating effectively? Sometimes I really have to fight the urge to micromanage and avoid setting up more meetings with my team

I may have a better offer which could be shared only next week as approvals are in process , which offers me wfh option and a little better package and my joining in the next company LTI is on 8th Nov, I am unable to push the joining date to buy some time as HR denied on the same , please suggest me how should I tackle this situation as I’m more interested to join the one giving WFH ? 1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night
