Hello all, I recently gave an interview at Mindtree for .NET profile. After the technical 2 round I received rejection. However, the BGC team of Mindtree is reaching out to me to fill the form which require me to login in EPFO and ITR portal. I dont have any HR contact to reach out to. I am not sure if anyone has faced any similar thing? Thanks in advance.Mindtree

Rising Star
If you haven’t already made up your mind, I’d say chose Saudi. Been there, nothing like the comments mentioned above. High standard of living, food, money, infrastructure, most importantly - tax free. Along with exposure to a different country, yes, you’ll get rich soon. DM me if you like more info, however, ensure that the salary you’ll receive is at least 12,000+ Riyals monthly.
Hello! Great insight. I'm also in same situation, getting an onsite travel opportunity for Riyadh in management consulting- 3 weeks in SA and 3 weeks in India and so on.
In terms of restrictions and rules of Saudi, did you find anything that was difficult to adjust to? I respect their cultural and religious restrictions.
Things to do in Saudi :
1, Leave
Chief
Saudi
Habibi Saudi 🤞😼
Apart from money, Saudi arabia has strict rules nd you need to abide by their culture failing which you need to face heavy punishment...think from that angle as well.
Option C : None from the above.
authoritarian countrie , no freedom, here you can get 100% hike with switch, at the end your wish
I preferred switch compared to Saudi Onsite.
1. Onsite opportunity can not confirm long time stay. If you come back anyhow you will feel common poor man again.
2. Although, you will earn good, you will feel board if you come from metro cities like Mumbai.
3. People who visited Saudi and came back, never force manger to initiate visa agin 🤣 not sure why.
4. Saudi have different weekend cycle so you may have to work as per onshore and offshore time table. Probably, you will have 1 weekly off. i.e. Saturday only.
5. There is no much advance technologies in Saudi companies as much I have seen.
Now choice is yours.
If there is one onsite that can make u rich, it has got to be Saudi. Way better than the 25 percentage hike.
Iphone bhijwa dena 😂... Jokes aside I suggest you go onsite get some experience, earn some Riyals and if you don't like you can come back any time.
I was in a similar situation when I had offer for Malaysia and I choose onsite. I later came back after 1 year due to the pandemic. But Malaysia isn't as strict as Saudi so consider that also.
Alamathi Habibi 🤣🎶🎶
If you are a person who likes parties, alcohol, smoke etc then Saudi is not a place for you.
Is smoking banned?
