1. Wipro (hired for banking client)
2. Deutsche Bank India
There is no major difference between compensation except Wipro is offering me 1 lpa joining bonus n 60k more in variable.
Which one I should consider in terms of better growth n work life balance.

Are Tuck and Darden really much better for consulting than other schools? Yeah they have that rep but it seems they have more students recruit for MBB so overall success rate into these firms isn’t much higher than other schools.

How much is “market” comp for a 5th year, general civil lit, AmLaw 200 defense firm with usual benefits (health, dental, 401k match up to 6%). I’m LA based. TIA
