The agency I work for got bought by a big foreign network +5 years ago, all the leadership and founders from that time are gone. Shit hit the fan in the last 24 months, big layoffs waves, resignations… We were told lately that the last layoffs were to be more agile, turn the boat around faster and now new C-levels are being hire, VP promoted. By your experience can things get better ? Not like before obviously, but can the hype be back or it will become a generic owned agency ? thanks
