It sounds like your manager really has it in for you. Perhaps you should talk to her and try to find out what the problem is. If she's a typical bully she'll back down if she's put on the spot and asked to justify her behavior. If you do nothing about it, the abuse will continue, so you might as well question her about it.
That sounds like a really difficult place to work, and I’m sorry you’re being treated that way. I’d suggest looking for a new job — it doesn’t seem like things will improve, and staying could take a serious toll on your mental health.
