Any advice on moving from L4 to L5 in Amazon?
When is a 3 page resume acceptable?
AWS cloud application architect. Had an on-site interview with AWS a few days ago and just got an email saying they want to talk to me about next steps. The role is cloud application architect but I want to ask them about the senior cloud application architect role. I have all the relevant experience for that role and feel like I’d be a better fit for that senior role. How should I approach this conversation? Is this even possible? Amazon

Pro tips (grew up in a coffee shop and drink espresso everyday for 17 years now) I don’t know everything, but I know some things
1.) spend an equal amount on a grinder as you do a machine
2.) intro machines - baby gaggia or breville
3.) real machines - spend $1500+ (rancilio, gaggia, rocket, marzocco, lelit, diletta
4.) buy light roast, Ethiopian beans. They’re the best. Ethiopia - birthplace of both coffee and likely, humans. Light roast has powerful caffeine and the dry beans don’t gunk up your gear like oily, dark roast does
5.) social accounts showcase so many add-ons. You don’t need these. You need a machine, grinder, tamper, portafilter, beans
Got a Jura from Costco and it’s my ride or die. Upgrade path for reference: drip coffee > moka pot > nespresso > Phillips super auto > Jura S8.
After a 20+years of this "secret" I have heart problems and it's decreasing the density of my bones every day. Bad advice, fam. Do some research on caffeine...
It’s confirmation bias. You’re looking for that answer when you search. The science on caffeines impact to bone density is vague at best

I watched a video that said it is better to understimulate your brain and save very stimulating activities til later in the day. Skip the coffee so you don't have a see-saw of productivity.
Sounds scientific!
Here's the first unpaid search result. It's not hard to find at all...

...and here is where is messes up your blood-pressure... so as I said.. heart problems and bone problems. Fall BACK on the caffeine while you can is all I'm saying :)
Now you’re trolling. Eat some damn vegetables and learn how to exercise. It’s not caffeine’s fault that your body sucks
