The work culture in qualcomm automotive bangalore is just on a different level. I heard from a friend that his manager was assigned a desk with other managers on other side of floor away from his team, after few days passed his manager himself changed his desk and moved in close to the team just to check when is everyone coming and leaving from office.
P. S. He mentioned that his team was already working 10+hrs before this

I didn't apply for a job that would have set me up for the future in the government. I wouldn't have to worry about money or future jobs. My boss had just given me a small pay rise and talked up the future and so I felt good. I now severely regret not applying for the job and cannot stop thinking about it to the point of insomnia and depression. I even contacted the employer but too late. It's a small town and rarely anything comes up. I hate myself and feel like I failed my family. :(
