There should be a law ensuring that every employee—across all sectors, not just IT—gets a minimum 3% annual hike.
While top management takes 20–30% hikes, many employees don’t even get 3%. Suddenly “market conditions” matter only when it’s time to pay employees?
This imbalance is unfair. Companies should be mandated to give minimum hikes, or face rating cuts, loss of government benefits, and penalties.
Time to stop this double standard.

I need some insight. Just had a phone interview for a management job in healthcare. I felt comfortable and felt like the interview went well. I ask questions and the ACNO said that I asked great questions. They said that they had other interviews to do as well but said the next step is to bring me in for an on-site interview (I live 1,000 miles away) and that the recruiter would be reaching out. Currently 23, first year post-grad. I’m currently putting about 20% into Roth 401k, nothing into Roth IRA. Originally had traditional 401k but just switched current / future contributions to Roth 401k. Company 401k match only 6%.

I am a senior Angular Developer with 7+ yrs of exp. I got an offer from EPAM Anywhere(not EPAM) with base CTC as 6 LPA and base+project CTC as 26 LPA complete remote work.
FYI if I go on bench I'll be getting only 50000/- INR per month instead of my 216000/- INR pm with working on the project.
Just wanted to know how EPAM Anywhere as a company is? What are the chances of someone going on a bench? Is it a good choice to select EPAM Anywhere at this stage of my career?
