There’s a new apartment I like but it’s directly across the street from a cellular tower (disguised as a palm tree). Anyone know if these are dangerous to live next to? It’s about 100ft away.

I had similar concerns when I moved to my new house because of the staring people disguised as lampposts all down the street but I got used to them eventually and now we talk regularly

There was that study where mice who were exposed to cell frequencies lived longer. Personally I wouldn’t want to be close to a cell tower.

like

There are federal regulations about notices needing to be placed related to radio frequencies emitted by those type of towers. I know this because I’m suing T-Mobile in connection with their operation of a cell tower on a client’s roof. I don’t think the radio frequencies are going to kill you, but take a look at those regulations

like

what about high voltage power lines?

Your lawyer these towers have been around for a while. Have you seen any class Actions about health impacts?

those are actually obelisks to communicate with the 15 foot tall Nephilim (born from Angels and Demons) who are bound to revisit earth and reestablish dominance and build pyramids…

or its a cell tower disguised as a palm tree for aesthetic purposes meant to facilitate telecommunications and enable your phone to retain a signal.

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

Which one would you choose?

1) Am100 firm with 1900+ billable hour requirement, very reputable in the region
2) Am200 firm with 1750+ billable hour requirement, less reputable in the region because it’s a satellite office, pays $35k less than option 1

Transactional associate. Lateraled 6 months ago and one of the biggest pain points has been my new firm’s inclination to “hop on a call”, which of course requires every single stakeholder to join. The end result being every call has 25 people on it and nothing actually gets done because no one wants to ask a question that could come off as silly. It’s destroying my ability to get anything done during the day. It’s a complete performance and it drives me nuts.
