I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. In final stage interview for Product Manager position at Early Stage VC startup. The company convo is coming up soon and I am looking at asking 140K base, 20K sign on, and 40K equity. Is this reasonable am I selling myself short (or too high), I’m coming from consulting.

I’m in my 3rd year out of college. My salary is 85k with a bonus of 30k (35%), which brings my total comp just slightly below market. How can I ask for more base and less bonus?

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? I’m not at ACN anymore so not looking for ACN-specific advice.
