I'm 3 years post MBA at MBB. Getting good reviews and on track for my next promotion. Just landed an offer for a big tech GTM/strategy/bizops role. 320k TC (80k equity) in MCOL. Level is Amazon L7 / Google L6 / Microsoft 66-67 / Meta L6.
