Isbthere any probation period for lateral?
Hi Guys,
I had referred my friend in CTS, who joined in Feb 2022 & will complete 3 months (active payroll) on 15-May-2022. I received a mail confirming my referral acceptance.
Meanwhile, I have handed in my papers & am serving my notice period with my LWD being 23-May-2022. In this case, will I receive the referral bonus?

How much was the cost? Who did you use? Are you happy with the results?
Oh yeah paid about 7000$ but my understanding is I paid more to not shave many areas. If they fully shave it's easier for them to place but it's more telling what youve done for longer.
Depends on extent of what you need done and area but I did mine just after covid thankfully. But they didn't cut all my hair just the areas that were being implanted, and then I could style hair and also mix with head covering. The initial few weeks are the absolute worse in terms of redness and bloat and I did remote camera off that period. You could place your camera angle lower and in that sense be fine since your remote. And if you have some hair cutting it lower before the surgery will also reduce the contrast.

Just tell people that you are getting medical treatment. Nobody generally asks and then take a week off. My brother in law did it and it does take at least two weeks for the skin to heal. You need at least a month , at least 3 weeks, without camera if you don’t want people to see the obvious things.
I think it’s doable.
Had one 6 years and hair is amazing since. Can now have short hairstyles and long hairstyles. Did mine during covid but you’ll just have to accept you’ll have short hair for few months. You won’t regret it. Best decision I’ve ever made
