My wife and I are starting a first cycle of IVF. Given how expensive IVF is/can be, wondering if anyone has lessons learned on the insurance front—understanding it varies by plan, of course. If I do boot camp T/Th (10 lb dumbbells, typically full body strength but occasionally emphasis on one area + hiit), what workouts should I be doing mwf? I had been running but now I’m wondering if I should try to do more strength training. It would be very challenging for me to make it to a gym but I have weights/peloton at home. I’m female. Weight is healthy BMI but on the brink of overweight with all my extra weight being legs and butt.

Tomorrow they are requiring masks again and I was almost in tears when I found out. We have been mask free (recommended) since June and I feel like we are being muzzled again. Whenever anyone asks how work is going I always answer with “it’s funding my lifestyle” and they look shocked. Do you guys actually have a dream job? I can’t imagine loving work everyday for the rest of my life.

I’m on the verge of a 2008 Britney Spears. It is difficult for my mind to retain and expel information. I was powering through but now I am so inefficient it hurts.

I’ve done some soul searching of late and established I’d love to be offered a FTE role in my current company. I think this is partly due to never having had a full time job which I’ve enjoyed and which have valued my contributions. I think this is due to wanting to feel accepted. I know acceptance needs to start with me etc but I think redundancy and workplace gaslighting has meant I’ve never achieved growth and status in one company where I can truly grow. So recently my SO has been accusing me of being in control of when we are intimate (sex and cuddling). She says that every time she wants to I say no - and whenever I want to - she says yes. So it's by default doing whatever I want when I want. It's a gross exaggeration of what's happening - but does anyone ever deal with something like this?
