This is my first appraisal in BNY (joined in oct 2023). Since, I helped with one project, saved approximately 5000 man hours, took care of BAU and did many other things which people haven't done from ages.... I was expecting Exceed expectations...what I got is Met expectations. The worst part is no hike it seems. Now, i understand why everyone is saying stay away from this organisation. I already started looking outside.
