This UX really pissed me off. I love Kith, but there wasn’t a way to decline notifications on this screen. I clicked all over and was FORCED into notifications (which I had to go turn off after).

Sure this is partly on the design team, but surely marketing saw this flow. Are there legal implications to this in the US? Aren’t you required to give an option to decline notifications?

Does anyone work as a self contracted pharmacist or consultant pharmacist? How did you get your first role? I am working to get my consultant license. Have worked management exp. in retail and have worked as a contract pharmacist for IHS. Any advice would be wonderful.

I'm currently on £60k at a start up. Just got offered a job at a games company with a salary of £50k + 15% bonus 😖 I immediately spoke to them and told them that is way below my current salary and they raised to £56k + 15% bonus which would put me on £64.4k total comp. I've said I'll think about it and hope they raise the offer again.
Should I not consider this at all if they don't at least match my base? I have been aiming for £70k-£80k when looking at new jobs

My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
He never gets anything done. Doesn’t answer emails half the time. The one thing he’s done was take out a blurb that threatened our eligibility for patent renewal.
We have another company taking over in January, but I still have some pretty important dev needs until then and I can’t get him to do a thing. I truly try to give him all he needs.

Has anyone here found success as a marketing consultant? I’m interested in one day becoming one and I’m curious what the timeline and type of experiences I should expect to go through before getting there.
