This year has brought a lot of changes, both positive and challenging. One of those changes was moving farther away from my usual summer job. While my school-year position offers Extended School Year (ESY) services, I had to step away from the summer job I normally do because the commute became too difficult and it wouldn’t be fair to the kids, who deserve consistency. With that in mind, I’m looking for ideas for side jobs I could do this summer.

I joined pwc sdc bangalore as a fresher right after my college (my very first job). I was scrolling the bowl, I noticed a lot of people switching jobs from different companies to pwc. What inspired you to start on the career you've chosen?

After rejecting big companies like Infosys,Wipro, etc. I've joined EPAM Anywhere due to wfh permanently and it's perks. But after spending 1 and half month HR called me to search the opportunity outside of EPAM, means they're laying off people. It's unfair behaviour of the organisation. I've given some interviews they're playing interview interview with me, for the hiring process technical interview then for project - technical interview, client process - starts from 1st Round.EPAM Systems

If everything is done using WFH.. then why there is need sending employees to onsite?
