This year we’ve done a number of campaigns with outside agencies. Each time, those agencies failed the diversity test in my opinion. The teams were mostly made up of white women, with one white man. And this directly impacted the quality of the work.

In your experience, what are some agencies that do well when it comes to diversity? I’d like to share info about those that stand out.
