Thoughts on Jabian consulting?

Up for promotion in July, and got presented to interview with Jabian. Working on getting to Capgemini Invent right now after my promotion.

Jabian is offering a much better salary but its a boutique firm.

Should I consider Jabian, or go to Capgemini Invent and get better exit opportunities?

PubMatic: 22.70 CTC + 2 lakhs Joining Bonus ( 16 fixed LPA + Other benifits, stocks, etc )

It will be very helpful if you can suggest with some reason.

I got a offer in Infosys and accepted. Now present company retaining me with same CTC and additionally onsite as well.
Now the question is If i don't join Infosys after accepting offer letter, Do they Keep in Blocklist forever?

I understand PWC shows the fixed component only as part of compensation benefit.

I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
